Case Summary:

 

A postdoctoral research associate from Iran hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Our client conducts research in the field of power engineering and is well-known for his work on hybrid and electric vehicles technologies. As his attorney-on-record, we meticulously prepared a petition dossier that exhibited the importance of his work to the United States’ electrical infrastructure.
