This quote detailing our client’s research efforts is excerpted from a testimonial contributed by an experienced environmental scientist in support of our client’s EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case. This letter, and several others, was included in North America Immigration Law Group’s skillfully prepared presentation to the USCIS.

Our EB-2 NIW petition packet highlighted our client’s work on the direct and indirect effects of climate change, management, and land use and land cover change on forested ecosystems. We demonstrated how his research offers information on understanding and devising informed strategies and policies for mitigation of the devastating effects of climate change.
