A senior software engineer engaged the services of North America Immigration Law Group to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Our client is working in the field of computer and information science and is focused specifically on the topographical mapping of extraterrestrial land and communication organization software.

By establishing that our client’s work benefits global aerospace research and the American communication industry, our law firm played a significant role in convincing the USCIS that our client qualifies for the national interest waiver.
