The O-1 nonimmigrant visa is for those individuals who possess extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or those who have a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and have been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements. So when we got an O1-A client from India who needed our help we made sure to give him the best service possible. • Leading researchers from top universities and research groups from the United States and abroad have submitted 4 letters confirming him as a researcher of extraordinary ability in his specialized field. One of these experts had the following opinion of his work:

“…[the client] is a uniquely qualified scientist in the chemistry field, and his work is essential for both the scientific community and energy storage around the world. He designed, synthesized, tested, and implemented a new electro/photocatalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction/dye degradation, effectively optimizing the energy storage industry and overcoming many of its current challenges. This is a testament to [the client’s] considerable skill and experience as a chemist. His research is among the first and most successful of its kind, and he must be given the chance to continue it uninterrupted.”
