Case Summary:

 

When the United States seeks to strengthen next-generation power electronics, clean-energy technologies, and advanced semiconductor manufacturing, progress often depends on researchers who can improve the quality and performance of the materials underlying those systems. This principle was central to the successful I-140 EB-1A petition of our client, which was approved after responding to a Request for Evidence (RFE).

 

The client holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering and is an established expert in materials science.
