My EB2-NIW was approved with a bit of effort and support from Chen Law Associates. They provide meticulous guidelines, document formats and prompt responses to gather the material needed to draft the petitions. My case had two dependent recommendation letters, along with 50+ citations, but it was faced with 3 prong RFE. However the attorneys provided sufficient guideline in drafting the response and gathering additional evidence supporting my petition, i.e. 2 more recommendations and a testimonial letter from my PhD project. In the end, the journey was not as easy but Chen Associates was helpful along the way.
