What I liked the most about the Chen group was that when they take your case, you know that you have a good chance of getting the approval. They handled many cases so they know every tiny detail that potentially can lower your approval chance or get you an RFE. They are also very responsive, and I had a very good experience with them filing my I-140.

I am thankful to the whole team at Chen Immigration. They are highly professional and experience firm. I applied in April 2016 and did not hear back from USCIS until July 2017 despite service requests and involving the local congressman. After that I got a RFE which was well responded by the law firm. Within 5 days of sending the RFE, approval notice was issued.
Its a long journey but they support you well at each step!. I highly recommend them for all your immigration needs. Again I am grateful.
